E-voting and 'modernity'

E-voting is turning into quite a third-world thing. In fact, as far as the developing world is concerned, e-voting seems to be the new black.

First Brazil and other points South American. The latest to announce is Korea: Korea Mandates e-Voting by 2005.

An attempt at demonstrating 'modernity'? Sociologists: 'discuss'.
