Elecciones en Euskadi - some information on electronic voting in the
Basque Country of Spain (Spanish/Basque/French/English). The Spanish government's electoral website is no more than an electronic reproduction of its legal texts, though there do appear to be projects afoot e.g. press report of an electronic voting project in the Spanish town of Jun (El Mundo, 21 August 2003).
