A large number of methods is covered in this methods table. Each method is then fully described, with plenty of links to further reliable sources of information at the end of each article.

STC Topics in Usability
Excellent advice from the Society for Technical Communication's Usability SIG. Includes information on a range of methods.

Usability Methods Toolbox
A resource put together by James Hom in the US to fulfill his Master's project requirement. It hasn't been updated in a while but there's still some useful material here.
